STAGE 1 - Free sample.

 

The purpose of the sample is to provide a closer look at our product and for us to learn more about each other. The sample is not for commercial use and is yours to keep.

 

Factors we consider when approving the sending of samples are;

STAGE 2 – Need to see more samples?

 

You liked the first sample, but you wish to see more styles.

These samples are required to be posted back to us unused within one month of you receiving them. We will arrange and pay for the return shipping label back to us.

 

STAGE 3 – Order frames.

 

There is no minimum order requirement.

 

Simply send us an email providing the following information;

 

Model name / number

Frame colour

Lens colour

Quantity

Package deal?

 

Or email us requesting an order list of our full collection models which includes all frame and lens colours.

 

 

Package deals.

 

Display Set A:

Free display with orders of 12 - 25 frames

 

Display Set B

Free display with orders of 26-45 frames + 2 free frames

 

Display Set C

Free display with orders of 45+ frames + 3 free frames + free shoulder pouch

 

Exchange deals.

 

For order quantities of 20+ frames, we are happy to make arrangements that enable you to exchange unsold goods for other models no less than 2 months after the date of purchase.

 

For example, if you purchased 20 frames, a typical exchange agreement could allow you to exchange 2 frames after 2 months to aid the sales process.

 

Two year warranty.

 

Every ROAV product comes with an automatic exchange guarantee in the event of a manufacturing fault within 2 years from the date of purchase. Wholesalers must contact us in writing and provide photographic evidence in order for us to evaluate such requests.

 

30 day return policy.

 

Should the wholesaler wish to return the product, they can do so up to 30 days from the date of the order. The wholesaler will be responsible for both shipping and cost of the return postage. We will need to receive any request to return in writing up to 30 days from the date of order and the return of undamaged and unused goods no more than 14 days of receipt of your request.

 

Payment terms.

 

Our standard payment terms are 30 days from the date of purchase.
